Who operates RobinStudio.co

RobinStudio.co is operated by Conor Doherty trading as 5ocia1, United Kingdom. Contact cjd@gh05t.com about this notice, your information, or a deletion request.

The information used to provide your account

We store your name, email address, account identifier and sign-in records. If you choose an email password, we store a password hash. Sessions and essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the service. Security and rate-limit records help prevent abuse.

If you choose Google sign-in when available, Google supplies your account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture. We use these to create or access your RobinStudio.co account. Google sign-in does not give RobinStudio.co access to your Gmail inbox. You can review or remove access in your Google Account settings.

Your business workspace stores the details you enter, such as the business name, website, audience, brand preferences and timezone, along with uploaded images, draft content, feedback, approvals, schedules and publishing results. When you request a website scan, we retrieve public information from the website you provide to help fill in your business profile.

Facebook, Instagram and other social connections

When you separately connect a business channel, the platform supplies identifiers and names for the accounts or Pages you select, granted permissions and access tokens. We store these tokens encrypted and use them to check your connection and publish the content you approve. Connecting Instagram through Facebook requires an eligible professional Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page.

Only content you approve for publishing is sent to your selected channels. The destination platform then handles the published content under its own policies. Removing a connection or deleting your RobinStudio.co account does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or another platform.

Why we use this information

We use account, business and content information to provide the service you request and manage our relationship with you. We use limited security records for our legitimate interest in preventing misuse and keeping customer workspaces secure. Optional social connections are initiated by you and require the permissions you choose to grant to the platform.

Who receives it

RobinStudio.co uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to host the application, store its database and files, and run publishing tasks. Authorised RobinStudio.co operators and members of your business workspace can access information needed to provide the service. Your selected social platform receives the approved post and the credentials needed to publish it. We do not sell your personal information.

Resend delivers account-verification and password-reset emails on our behalf. It receives the recipient email address and message content, including the account link needed to complete your request.

Hosting and social-platform services may process information outside the UK. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and transfer arrangements that apply to your account.

How long information stays

Account and workspace information is kept while it is needed to provide your service. You can request account or workspace deletion at any time. We may need to retain a limited record to meet a legal obligation or handle an outstanding dispute; if this affects a deletion request, we will explain what is retained and why. Connection credentials are removed when a connection is disconnected. Session and temporary authorisation records expire according to their purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or request restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant right applies. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email cjd@gh05t.com; we may need to verify that the request is yours. See our data-deletion instructions for account and platform data.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
