Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. If you use RobinStudio.co for a business or organisation, you must have authority to act for it and to connect its social accounts. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Planning and publishing
RobinStudio.co helps you organise business images, prepare social posts and build a schedule. Review each draft for accuracy, rights, destination, media and timing before approving it. A saved draft does not itself authorise publication. When you approve a schedule, you authorise us to send those approved posts to your selected connected accounts at the chosen times.
Publishing depends on the connected platform’s permissions, supported formats, availability and rules. Access can expire or be revoked, and delivery may be delayed or fail. Check the publishing status in your workspace and contact us about unresolved errors. A generated caption or idea is a draft for you to review; it does not guarantee engagement, sales or any other result. Features labelled “coming soon” are not currently available.
Your content and connected accounts
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to store and process that content as needed to provide the service and publish posts you approve. Only upload material you are entitled to use, including any necessary permission for photographs, music, trademarks and personal information.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, spam, abusive activity or attempts to access other customers’ information. Follow the rules of each connected social platform. Social platforms are separate services with their own terms; RobinStudio.co is not endorsed by them.
Prices and paid services
Draft prices on the website are for discussion. Creating an account does not authorise a payment. Before any paid service starts, we will provide its price, included features, billing frequency, cancellation and refund terms for your agreement. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Privacy and leaving the service
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Follow our data-deletion instructions to request account deletion. Disconnecting a social account stops future publishing through that connection. Posts already published remain on the social platform until removed there.
Service changes and account restrictions
We may update the service to improve it or respond to platform, security or legal requirements. We will explain material changes that affect your use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations, and explain the reason where lawful and safe. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Our responsibilities and complaints
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts your statutory rights. If something goes wrong, contact cjd@gh05t.com with enough detail for us to investigate and respond.
